BEREAVEMENT SERVICES

The death of a loved one is often followed by a period of grief where you can experience the severe pain of loss, sadness, depression, and sometimes unexpected emotions and behaviors. For some, there is an immediate onset of grief; for others it can be delayed. While the grief experience is unique to each person, there are techniques and strategies to help you navigate through this difficult time.

MIND BOOSTERS

While socialization is vital to mental health for everyone, it’s especially helpful as we age, as it can help prevent mental decline and lower the risk of dementia. Our Mind Boosters program is a community program for those who may be in the early stages of memory loss and those who want to be proactive in protecting their brain health.
