Events and Workshops Open to the Public

All programs listed below are held at Collabria Care, 414 South Jefferson St. Napa, unless otherwise stated.

Grief Support Group (Ongoing)

A weekly drop-in support group for adults who have lost a loved one. These groups are open to the public and are free of charge.
Thursdays, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.

Challenges in Caregiving (Ongoing)

Collabria Care offers free sessions  to discuss challenges of caregiving, access to local resources
and to other emotional support. Meet with a Medical Social Worker from Collabria Care for a private and confidential individual or family

Consolations are held at two 2 locations:

Rianda House, 1475 Main St. Saint Helena

Caregiver Support Groups (Ongoing)

Offered in partnership with Redwood Caregiver Resource Center and the Alzheimer’s Association

Napa Location: Collabria Care, 414 South Jefferson St. Napa
1st Thursday of every month 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (Respite available)
3rd Wednesday of every month, 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Saint Helena Location: Rianda House, 1475 Main Street, St Helena
1st Thursday of every month, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
3rd Thursday of every month, 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Mind Boosters (Ongoing)

A social program for people who are concerned about their memory or are in the early stages of memory loss and want to be proactive in maintaining their brain health.

Fridays: 10:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.

Consultations & Memory Screenings (Ongoing)

Collabria Care offers free counseling sessions to discuss challenges of care giving, access to local resources and to offer emotional support. Meet with a Medical Social Worker from Collabria Care for a private and confidential individual or family consultation for those who have concerns, questions or need guidance about memory loss, loss of independence, driving, or other senior care issues.

Learning to Live with Loss 

Mondays, July 15 – September 9 (Except Labor Day, September 2) 
3:00 – 4:30 p.m.

An eight-week, structured grief support group for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Information is provided about the many paths grief can take and a safe environment is provided so that feelings and experiences can be shared. This is a free community service, but registration is required. These workshops are held at 414 South Jefferson St., Napa and are facilitated by Janeen Fabulae, LMFT.
