Surviving The Holidays after a Complicated Loss
The Holidays are one of the hardest times to deal with the loss of a loved one. Surviving the Holidays after a Complicated Loss is a bereavement group designed for individuals who have endured a tragic loss such as suicide, homicide, or a fatal accident. This group offers a safe place to express your feelings without judgement and offers tools to strengthen your sense of security and confidence in the predictability of life.
The facilitator of this small group suffered the tragic loss of her husband in 2010. Losing her husband has given her the passion to help others to process their grief. She is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist and a member of the Collabria Care team.
