Hospice Services

Facing the end of life or caring for a loved one with a terminal illness can be very stressful, and sometimes overwhelming. Each of our hospice professionals and volunteers has a deeply caring heart and a listening ear.
Hospice may be appropriate if you or your loved one has an illness that – if it runs its normal course – could take life in six months. People may be on hospice for weeks, months, sometimes years, because the course of many illnesses is impossible to predict. Collabria Hospice provides compassionate medical care, eases communication and offers support to families.

Collabria Care Hospice Services Include:

A Team of Specialists

We customize a team of specialists and we develop and implement a plan—in partnership with you—aimed at helping our clients feel more comfortable at this time of life. And we provide much needed respite for family caregivers.

Interdisciplinary Services

We provide medical care, emotional and psychological support, and give needed “time off” to the family caregivers. In addition, our volunteers may run errands, prepare meals, do light housekeeping, or arrange for a hospital bed.

Bereavement Support

After a loved one has passed away, we know that grief is a process that takes time. Our professional bereavement counselors stay in touch with hospice families and continue to provide compassionate support.
