Hospice Services

A Team of Specialists
We customize a team of specialists and we develop and implement a plan—in partnership with you—aimed at helping our clients feel more comfortable at this time of life. And we provide much needed respite for family caregivers.
Interdisciplinary Services
We provide medical care, emotional and psychological support, and give needed “time off” to the family caregivers. In addition, our volunteers may run errands, prepare meals, do light housekeeping, or arrange for a hospital bed.
Bereavement Support
After a loved one has passed away, we know that grief is a process that takes time. Our professional bereavement counselors stay in touch with hospice families and continue to provide compassionate support.
