A solicitation, from Hospice Support Fund (a program of the New Hope Foundation, Inc.) located in Merrifield, VA, has been showing up in local mailboxes. We at Collabria Care – Collabria Hospice want you to know that this solicitation did not come from us and we have reason to believe it to be a scam.*

The mailer reads in part: “Our 2017 Annual Fund Drive is the single most important fundraiser of the year to support our nationwide effort to bring end of life hospice care to all Americans.”

At Collabria Care – Collabria Hospice, formerly Napa Valley Hospice & Adult Day Services, we are proud to have served the most seriously ill in our community for nearly forty years. In that time, we have developed deep and trusting relationships with patients, family members, caregivers, as well as our donors, sponsors and supporters. We feel it is our responsibility to inform you of this misleading mailer, which recently targeted Napa County.
When you donate to Collabria Care – Collabria Hospice, every dollar remains local and is invested in programs and services that serve our local community. Any request for donations we send, clearly states our name and address.
